Challenger Wheels

Considering their jets are top-notch and they use futuristic vehicles, the Challengers use pretty plain wheels. Here's an off-the-lot car for getting around town (COTU 3).

Often the guys bop around in a convertible. Ace's? June's? Love the way June is squooshed in the middle of the front seat. No seat belts in those days. (COTU 17.)

Here's a gold or yellow car they cruise in. (COTU 39.)

Dropping out of the sky into endless godforsaken realms, the vehicle of choice - probably rented - is a WWII-era Army Jeep. (COTU 33)

With their reputation, the Challengers never lack for loaners. The Ferret is an experimental groundboring vehicle borrowed from the Army (COTU 9). The Challs wear tanker helmets for this job.

Wild cars run in the family. Tino, Red's mechanical genius and rocker brother, designs everything from super-efficient third-world tractors to this ground saucer. (COTU 57.)

Here the car sucks up knockout gas that put down Power Man. Why is Tino rescuing a villain? Just a misunderstanding.

And here's a crystal ball vision of a future car we'll drive in 1989. (COTU 39.)

The Challs finally get a signature vehicle as the tour continues.
